  • Collect all papers and files into one area.
  • Clean out papers, while creating a new filing system according to client's needs.
  • Determine which papers need to be kept and which can be recycled, thrown out, or shredded.
  • Go over, and then implement, paper reduction options.
  • Provide weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly maintenance sessions.

  • Go over, select, and implement cloud-based options to help simplify, clean up, and mobilize content.
  • Teach client how to use all new programs and methods.
  • Provide weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly maintenance sessions.

  • Discuss issues and priorities related to client's personal and work life.
  • Generate master categories, major goals, and most important tasks.
  • Break tasks and goals down into categories.
  • Determine timeframe, subtasks, and priority level for each task or goal.
  • Begin to complete easier tasks during session.
  • Create a yearly, monthly, and daily calendar based on the timeframe in which all tasks and goals will be completed.
  • Discuss, select, and implement programs and methods to assist with tasks and goals, and to help client stay inspired.
  • Provide weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly maintenance phone and in-person sessions.
